"Hyperdunk 2.0 is here, and the first three colors hit Foot Locker in July, August and September. The new model is called Hyperize and it’s an ultra-light Hyperdunk. It utilizes the same lunar foam mid-sole, and flywire mid-foot support system, but it seems the theme of the update was “streamline.” There’s less flywire across the upper in a different zig-zagging pattern, and the mid-sole went on a diet." --Foot Locker Blog. "Inspired by the 1992 film White Men Can’t Jump, this pack consists of two fresh Hyperize colorways. One pair, drawing inspiration from Wesley Snipes’s character Sidney Deane contains a primarily black upper with multiple laser blue and red details throughout the base. If you recall, Sidney Deane’s basketball gear contained plenty colors on the Venice Beach playground. In addition, Woody Harrelson’s character Billy Hoyle is represented by the predominately white Hyperize." --NiceKicks.com. Ad from August 2009.
